On the one hand, laser cliché production reduces the burden on the environment and, on the other, it minimizes the process steps on the user side. The special “yellow light room”, as well as the exposure, etching, washout and drying process are not required. Only a few digital steps are required to produce a printable pad printing cliché.
With our compact cliché production station, the CLICHE LASER PLUS, you can create printable pad printing clichés flexibly, quickly and independently. And this with almost 100% quality consistency of the pad printing results!
The tabletop unit is extremely easy to operate. Print image preparation and print image change are performed directly on the PC using the pre-installed TAMPOPRINT Laser Suite software. The CLICHE LASER PLUS is equipped with various import functions and a long-life laser beam source. Due to the interaction of the laser and the laser-engraved aloxide special cliché, a particularly high quality is evident in the edge sharpness. Thus, the CLICHE LASER PLUS is clearly superior to the plate lasers and laser plotter systems available on the market in terms of precision and speed. The TAMPOPRINT Laser Suite software is equipped with predefined parameters for the different TAMPOPRINT laser engravable cliché types as well as many useful special applications. On request, we offer mounting plates for all standard pad printing plate formats.
